Dr David Wrigley is a member of the BMA Council and also sits on the GPC's registrars subcommittee.

He has been a vocal critic of the health bill and blogs for website Labour List about its predicted impact. He was also one of 300 signatories to an open letter to the Times that condemned what it called the ‘re-engineering' of the NHS and the ‘destruction' of PCTs.

Dr Wrigley is a GP in Carnforth, Lancashire and a member of North Lancashire LMC.
