BMA must bite back on pensions

The BMA is in a tight spot. The sharks are circling and have already taken a bite out of our pension.
There is blood in the water. If something is not done soon, the predators will be back for more. Then more. Until only bones remain.
Perhaps we could throw appraisal and revalidation overboard. Give the sharks something to chew on until we get organised. It will not harm patients and might make the sharks more wary.
