you would think with unprecedented demand on our time they could have made the document a bit shorter!

Thanks GPC for providing a guide that has examples and credence (presumably backed by legal rigour) for many of the things that frustrate, but that in a busy day are easier to 'bow to' rather than challenge. I will certainly introduce this to our practice team.
