  • And where is the counterbalancing argument , pulse?? Lord Falcolner and the like just won't take no for an answer , despite repeated comprehensive reviews that have agreed that a change would not be overall in the public interest and would go against long held. wise vital principles of care by doctors. Please RCHP so not now to this rhetoric . A neutral stance would NOT be neutral .
