Good Medical Practice: BMA response

The BMA has issued its response to the GMC's consultation on the draft Good Medical Practice. The response flags concerns that some of the new duties proposed by the GMC are ‘nebulous and probably unenforceable in terms of fitness to practice' and claims that the guidance ‘should have been subject to more rigorous editing before being issued.'
