Patient-oriented eczema measure

The Patient-Oriented Eczema Measure (POEM) is a patient-based symptom questionnaire that takes three minutes to complete and can be used as a way of monitoring the progress of treatment for atopic eczema.

POEM can be filled in while patients wait for a consultation with a GP and provides an opportunity for patients to be more actively involved in their disease management.
