Key questions on paediatric skin conditions (1.5 CPD hours)

GP with an interest in dermatology Dr Keli Thorsteinsson answers Dr Mandy Fry's questions on common paediatric skin problems in primary care.

Learning objectives


This module will provide GPs advice on managing skin conditions in children, including:

  • Prescribing oral antibiotics
  • Managing nappy rash
  • Treating childhood eczema
  • Efficacy of treatments for viral warts

This module will be free for all registered members of Pulse Learning until 8 February 2012.

Dr Keli Thorsteinsson is a GP in Shropshire and completed the postgraduate diploma in practical dermatology from Cardiff University in 2010. He is currently working towards GPSI dermatology status.
