Dame Barbara Hakin is the latest speaker to be added to the programme for this year's NAPC conference.
Dame Barbara was recently announced as the new national managing director of commissioning development.
Other speakers include former health secretary Stephen Dorrell, now chair of the Health Select Committee, and Sir David Nicholson, NHS chief executive.
The conference will provide detailed insight into the implications of the white paper and what it means for commissioners.
