06.50 A short commute

My alarm goes off at 6.50am – I suspect I’m facing another busy day in the practice today.

I’ll leave the house in about an hour. Luckily the practice is not too far from where I live so it only takes 10 or 15 minutes before I arrive at the surgery.

Then the first task of the day will be going through a stack of repeat prescriptions and other paperwork before the first patients of the day begin to arrive.
