The man who has delivered more nightmares than Wes Craven this year, Mr Osborne has enraged even card-carrying Tory GPs with his reforms to the NHS Pension Scheme. The Treasury's hard line on public-sector pensions has left the BMA with little room to manoeuvre, even after the first industrial action by doctors in 40 years.
