Andrew Lansley’s keynote speech to the NHS Confederation conference

Health secretary Andrew Lansley will address NHS managers at the NHS Confederation annual conference in Manchester - and Pulse senior reporter Gareth Iacobucci will be covering the event live from the conference floor.

The speech begins shortly after 5pm.
