Consortiums or consortia?

Just to improve the readability of your articles, please remember that the plural of consortium is consortia, not consortiums.

From Dr Timothy Whelan

Editor’s note

Both are grammatically acceptable, and it is Pulse style to try to avoid Latin plurals where possible. However, we have decided to bow to the masses on this one – if everyone from the BMA to the Department of Health is using consortia, so shall we.
