If migrants support the NHS, they deserve free access

Charging short-term visitors for healthcare is fully justified. But what about those who work and pay their full taxes?

They are already paying national insurance, which they will not get back as state pension. They also don’t get child benefit or tax credits. So they are paying higher taxes anyway to sustain those who get the benefits.

Spare me the nonsense about ‘taxpayers’.
