Pulse magazine has picked up three prestigious journalism awards, including best news coverage, best columnist and medical publication of the year.
Following a series of exclusive news stories, Pulse was crowned medical publication of the year last night by the Medical Journalists' Association, winning the annual award celebrating excellence in the field and beating competition from GP newspaper and the Health Service Journal.
Pulse deputy editor Adam Legge was also shortlisted at the awards, for health editor of the year.
Pulse has also recently garnered awards at the worldwide Trade Association Business Publications International awards – bagging the gold editorial award for news coverage, and Pulse columnist Phil Peverley won a silver award for best columnist.
