My secretary does our Choose and Booking, ever since I was told by my patients not to waste time in consultations on it.
She books patients onto the system after they've left the surgery and sends letters to arrange the phone booking, so she makes the choice for the patient.
She can track patients through the system, and although it does take extra secretarial time and occasionally there are no slots, she feels positive about the process. So we give it 8/10.
