Dr K Hopcroft and Dr A Pereira of Laindon Medical Group have produced a chart on dealing with unwell patients who are not in need of admission to hospital. This can be used for practices triaging to a Covid-19 hub with patients NHS 111 has sent to them, or for a hub triaging patients that a practice or NHS 111 has sent to them.
This would need to be used in conjunction with NICE sepsis charts as advised.
