Dr Paul Charlson is chair of Conservative Health and a man with impeccable connections, not least with Andrew Lansley.
Dr Charlson embraces not only the principle of GP commissioning but the health bill, warts and all – including any willing provider.
He is a sessional GP in east Yorkshire, having resigned his partnership to focus on politics and business.
