As the number of confirmed cases of coronavirus continues to rise worldwide, Prof Candid and his team have released comprehensive guidelines.
‘With the increase in suspected cases’, explains Prof Candid, ‘we thought it both practical and necessary to release a comprehensive set of guidelines for GPs’.
‘After all, it will be in primary care where these cases are first seen, and we need to have an informed and co-ordinated response.’
It’s hoped that the comprehensive guidelines will help to reduce the transmission of the virus amongst the population.
