Diluting superannuation will decrease incentive

I have worked over 25 years for the NHS with fully paid up superannuation and added years. If the goalposts change now I will feel defrauded.

There will not be enough time left in my working career to compensate for these changes.

There are few enough perks for being an NHS GP. If superannuation is diluted, then incentivising future generations will be even more difficult than it already is.
