Got milk? Not if you’re baking a cake

I'd like to point out a factual error in your interesting article on cow's milk allergy by Dr John Stevenson.

The article explains that 75% of children with cow's milk allergy can safely be given baked, milk-containing products such as pizza and cakes.

I attempted to impress my wife with this new knowledge, but in addition to being a paediatric nurse she is also quite a whizz at home baking – and was quick to point out that milk is not used in pizza dough or most cake recipes.
