Answer : although Canada is paying THREE times the salary, and Australia only Twice as much, Australia is further away from USA, who are hell-bent on having nuclear war with Russia, China, and Korea, making it a lot safer place to be when the combined nuclear arsenal of half the world lands in USA and fallout falls into Canada.
