I am not sure where you got your details from but the ones in Hull are quite incorrect. Haxby Orchard Park is an APMS run by Haxby Group a GP Partnership based in Hull and York. Similarly I think Mizzen Road and Dr Tangs are not run by City Healthcare Partnership (CHCP). I don't believe that CHCP services are being put out to tender either.

Not all PCTs responded to our request for information, but if you let us know the status of your contract then we will add you to the map.

The following practices in Liverpool also are being hived off: Childwall Valey Practice (list 3200), Garston Medical Practice, Breeze Hill Centre( single handed), Speke, among others.
