Please note, the document states that on 31 March it took 30 minutes for a call to be answered in Inner North West London (INWL). The provider, London Central & West Unsheduled Care Collaborative, have informed us that this was a mistake in the forms which they submitted to NHS England and this should read 13 minutes and 18 seconds.
