  • Everyone in the NHS (and Public sector as a whole) talks in the future tense. I like the present tense: this is the language for where stuff is actually happening. Anything else is b*llocks.
    The BMA is not convincingly representative of the dying front line. Well done again General Melchett. Knighthood here we come.
