One would have hoped this Government would have had the guts to scrap the whole duplictous process. None of it needs doing... everything is covered by other contracts, Tort, GMC and more.

My question is how does a new organisation apply. Obviously it will have to register before it sees any patients. So I suppose it simpy ticks the boxes promising to comply. Gerard Bulger
