Interactive map: How are CCGs allocating practice funding for vulnerable patients?

Click on our map to see how your CCG is planning on allocating funds for GPs caring for the frail and elderly and what will be required to achieve them

We asked each CCG whether they were going to fund primary care to the tune of £5 per patient, as instructed by NHS England, and whether they have decided how they will spend it.

Key:

Green dot: CCG has decided to fund £5 per patient

Red dot: CCG has not decided to fund £5 per patient

  • My own CCG is one of many that isn't shown - do the dots on the map represent the only CCGs that were asked or the only ones that responded?
