The test is a joke, I can complain about the lack of parking, but my form doesn't ask where, A member of staff was rude … but doesn't say which member, a GP (in my view) made an error, but it doesn't say which GP … so what is the point of this useless test?
Anyone can complete a form, they don't even need to be a patient, and any negative comments can be removed when the staff folk complain about empty the boxes.
The forms need to contain more detail so the poor staff get a flea int he ear and good staff get they compliments they deserve!
It begs the question, do patients really want to be bothered filling in bits of paper each time they visit their GP …. I don't think so but the NHS has a serious mental health problem called OCD, they are obsessed with anything that requires a tick in a box!
