  • NHS England should first all stop taking on protecting previous PCTs economically and health damaging measures of now defunct PCTs

  • Given that London represents approx 13% of population, surely its share should be 130 million and the remaining regions get 870 million? Granted adjustments for recent population growth and demand may be required but surely this is much more equitable? Why should the regional taxpayer subsidize London further?

  • This report is about London, not the UK as a whole.

The thing that strikes me when you read it is how it is framed in complete isolation from the country in which it sits. As if london was a state in its own right and not part of the wider society of the United Kingdom.

The article has been published by PULSE as if it is of direct relivance to the whole of the NHS - the asumption being that the major of London and his cronies somehow set the agenda for the country at large. They dont.
