CSA practice case: Shoulder pain

This case refers to a 58-year-old taxi driver who had surgery when he was 33-years-old because of a duodenal ulcer.

He has had problems with his right shoulder for four weeks which has become increasingly painful and his movement is restricted. He has been taking two 200mg ibuprofen tablets four times a day.
