On 2 March 2021 NHSE released a letter stating that a national campaign to support second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine will commence soon
- The NIHR are building a register of people who give permission for researchers to contact them about taking part in Covid-19 vaccine studies
- This data collection will enable NIHR to contact potential participants for a range of vaccine studies
- Registration does not mean that individuals are committed to enter into any studies, just that they are happy to be approached for recruitment
- Volunteers must 18 or over, and live in the UK to sign up
