No reward for PMS practices’ hidden work

In preparing for our PMS review, it is clear we are saving the PCT £100,000-200,000 a year by doing extended work.

This is not at a profit – in some cases I reckon we make a loss.

Remember the consultant contract? I somehow don't think we will get a reward for our hidden work.
