New standards for providers and commissioners of sexually transmitted infections services have been published.
The new standards were produced by the Medical Foundation for AIDS and Sexual Health and the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV (BASHH).
The standards include key performance indicators to measure performance and outcomes of services, whether they are in the acute, community or primary care settings or commissioned from the independent or third sectors.
