Book review: ‘Orwell’s Cough’ by John Ross

This is a fascinating insight into the history of medicine, made topical by it’s application to some of history’s greatest authors. Clearly well researched, and well written, Orwell’s Cough is best suited to the coffee table, where it can be picked up and delved into one author at a time. I’ll never think the same way about Shakespeare again…
