‘Upgrading to windows 98 will destroy the NHS’, claims expert

Leading IT expert Prof Candid has warned that rushing into an upgrade could cause the NHS to implode.

‘The threat from Ransomware is very real,’ explains Prof Candid, ‘as recent experience has shown.

‘But upgrading from Windows 95 to Windows 98 is a step too far for the NHS. Sure it’ll drag our IT systems into the future, and by into the future I of course mean 19 years into the past, but it will also cause the whole clunky system to implode.’
