Learning objectives
This module will advise on spotting the key symptoms of malaria, including:
- Common travel destinations associated with malaria
- Identifying symptoms such as fever, diarrhoea and joint pain
- Excluding differential diagnoses
- First line investigations such as thick and thin blood films and biochemical tests
