I saw a case of this last week. The 1 year old child had come out all of a sudden with circular 1-2cm scaling pink plaques n the neck and chest, and was treated as ringworm by both my colleagues and then by myself as well. On review I saw the scaling, and realised that it wasn’t a ring morphology at all. Settled rapidly with HC 1%
