Free Pulse virtual events to feature CVD, respiratory and women’s health
GPs are invited to a series of free virtual conferences, each worth up to 10 CPD hours, held by Pulse 365 this autumn on the topics of cardiovascular disease, respiratory and women’s health.
The September events are centred on CVD and respiratory. Next Wednesday (10 September), experts will discuss how to manage palpitations in primary care, use of semaglutide and tirzepatide in primary care, and what GPs need to know about HFpEF.
The virtual respiratory conference, on Thursday 11 September, will include discussions on treating chronic cough in children, how to identify and find high-risk Covid-19 patients, and asthma.
Tickets for both these events can be found here, with the full agendas available here.
The following month, on 14 October, there will be a virtual event on women’s health. Topics covered include: the vulval skin changes every GP should know; recurrent UTIs – are antibiotics always the answer?; and menopause. See the full agenda here.
You can register for tickets to this event here.
All virtual events are open to all UK GMC-registered GPs and are free to attend.
