How have online access changes affected your GP practice? Please take our survey
This survey of GPs and practice managers working in England focuses on the 1 October contractual changes, requiring practices to ensure online access, telephone access and walk-in access is available throughout routine hours.
The survey should take less than five minutes to complete and it will help to inform the story around general practice and the impact of contract changes.
If you leave your email address, you will also be entered into the draw for £250 worth of tokens of your choice.
We will not quote you without your explicit consent, either by your name or anonymously. The results will be reported in aggregate terms in future Pulse and Management in Practice coverage.
