  • Long time overdue. Time also to incentivise - yes financially - the confederacies that do well in terms of walk in services and patient retention. Also pay bonuses to staff who provide specialist services like counselling , ENT, Ophtalmology, Dermatology - specilaities which can be looked after in primary care.
