So let's antagonise the handmaidens and the green goblins.... a doctor has extensive expensive (taxpayers!) experience for which he is remunerated for. I am, as a nurse, aware of the limitations of my practice, experience and training but I am happy to take responsibility appropriately and will stand up and be accountable for my actions and quite a lot of other things too. If we are to discuss anatomy and where the sun doesn't shine carry on my learned colleague its a tough world and my heart bleeds for you.... Rosalind Thomas
