This module will advise GPs on the most expensive legal pitfalls, and how to avoid them, including:
- The problems surrounding partnership agreements
- Employment contracts and the dismissal process
- Lease agreements
- Problems with merging or transferring GMS and PMS contracts
In this module, you will watch Nils Christiansen deliver a presentation covering the above topics. This video was recorded at a Pulse Clinical Seminar which took place in June 2012.
