Q. Should we have a different approach to patients with very high vascular risk who become unwell with Covid?
A.
This should be considered on a case by case basis. For example you may want to discuss a patient who has very high neurovascular risk factors with neurology if they become unwell with Covid. Or you may consider continuing clopidogrel for a bit longer in a patient who is due to stop it in the next few months. But these cases should be considered individually
